Ces jets contrôlent l'huile provenant de la tête à travers le canon dans le carter. Par conséquent l'huile ne touche pas le joint d'embase ce qui évite les fuites.

The perfect solution for eliminating oil leaks from between your crankcase and cylinders. Kits contain two base gaskets and a two oil control jets. These jets control the oil coming from the head through the barrel into the crankcase. Consequently the oil does not touch the base gasket which avoids leaks.

The Cylinder Base Sealing Kit is a simple device that fixes problem leaks associated with the base gasket. With the Oil

Control Bushing installed into the crankcase, the oil doesn't touch the gasket, thereby preventing oil from leaking through the

cylinder base gasket. The small end of the Oil Control Bushing is installed into the oil return hole in the case, and the big end fits

up into the barrel. The oil flows through the busing past the base gasket, and into the case.

Installation Instructions:

1. Remove cylinders as per your OEM service manual.

2. Clean all surfaces being careful not to scratch gasket surface.

3. Install the base gasket that is supplied in the kit.

4. Install the cylinder over the studs and slide down to within about 1" between the base and cylinder.

5. Using Blue loctite on the Oil Control Bushing, install the bushing with the small end down into the boss of the oil return

passage.

6. Slide the cylinder completely down and re-assemble the top end in accordance with your service manual.
