Solo, thin profile seat has leather construction. It is cobbler style with ground edge on a stock formed steel baseplate with front and rear bolt holes. 

Rear holes are 6-5/8" from center to center for custom mounting applications. Mount holes are 5/16-24 National Fine thread. Front has slotted track as OE. Universal kit is for rigid and swingarm frames. Additional brackets and or welding may be necessary on some applications.
