In 1964 Sox & Martin were one of the few Funny Car teams that got backing from Chrysler. In 1966, they built a Chrylser backed Barracuda with an injected 426 Hemi. When Chrysler stopped backing Funny Cars, they went back to Super Stock racing. Ronnie Sox became a legend in drag racing over a 40-year career.
