CONVERSION de 96" à 107" - Pour TwinCam 96" de 2007 à 2017 et TwinCam de 1999 à 2006 avec embiellage une course de 4.3/8". Le Kit

Utilisé pour convertir un Twin Cam 96" en 107". Fabriqué en aluminium forgé 2618. Jupes de piston recouvertes de molybdène et d'un revêtement de phosphate pour aider à réduire la micro-soudure et le goupillage. Ce grand alésage de 3,927" convient aux modèles Twin Cam de 96" avec un alésage d'origine de 3-3/4" augmentant la capacité du moteur d'origine 4-3/8 temps de 96" à un sain 107". Convient également aux modèles 00-06 Softail et 99- 06 Dyna et Touring équipés de volants d'inertie à course 4-3/8".

Hauteur de compression 1.085". Hauteur de compression 1.085", volume effectif +6cc. Profondeur de soupape : admission/échappement : 0,209 po. Le kit comprend des pistons, des goupilles de poignet, des clips de goupille de poignet et des segments de piston. Segment utilisé en haut et en second de 1,5 mm et segment d'huile de 3 mm. Remarque : nécessite l'alésage des cylindres Twin Cam d'origine. Remarque : En raison du grand diamètre, les surdimensionnements ne sont pas disponibles. Dans toutes les applications, le technicien doit être en mesure de juger les composants pour leur adéquation en combinaison avec les autres composants du moteur, avant l'installation. Il est important qu'un mécanicien compétent installe et fasse les ajustements nécessaires. Le pilote doit suivre les procédures standard de rodage et de conduite pour les moteurs révisés.

VANCE & HINES, 96" TO 107" BIG BORE CONVERSION PISTON KIT

Used to convert a 96" Twin Cam to 107". Manufactured from 2618 forged aluminum. Moly-coated piston skirts and a phosphate coating to help reduce micro-welding and pin galling. This large 3.927" bore fits 96" Twin Cam models with a stock 3-3/4" bore increasing capacity of the stock 4-3/8 stroke 96" engine to a healthy 107". Also fits 00-06 Softail and 99-06 Dyna and Touring equipped with 4-3/8" stroke flywheels. Compression Height 1.085". Compression height 1.085", effective volume +6cc. Valve Depth: Intake/ Exhaust: .209". Kit includes pistons, wrist pins, wrist pin clips and piston rings. Ring used top & second 1.5mm and oil ring 3mm. Note: Will require boring of the stock Twin Cam cylinders. Note: Due to the large diameter oversizes are not available. Note: In any and all applications the technician must be able to judge components for their suitability in combination with the other engine components, prior to installation. It is of importance that a knowledgeable mechanic will install & make adjustments as required. The rider must follow standard break-in and riding procedures for overhauled engines.
