Stock replacement S&S forged pistons with an advanced alloy and skirt profiles, resulting in a quiet engine and long life, previously only achievable with cast pistons. This is an excellent choice to overhaul your stock Knuckle, Pan or Shovel. Used as stock replacement for 1200cc (74") Shovel, Pan and Knucklehead models. 3-7/16" bore with stock 3-31/32" stroke. With the standard 8:1 (46cc dome) compression ratio. Pistons include wrist pins, wrist pin clips and piston rings. Note: In any and all applications the technician must be able to judge components for their suitability in combination with the other engine components, prior to installation. It is of importance that a knowledgeable mechanic will install & make adjustments as required. The rider must follow standard break-in and riding procedures for overhauled engines.
