PourBig Twin boite 5 et Twin Cam de 1980 à 2006 (sauf Dyna 2006). Le Kit

Ces nouveaux kits kick ont un arbre de kick très costaud et sont pré-assemblés. Ils sont faciles à installer car ils suffit de remplacer le couvercle de commande d'embrayage et ils se montent directement sur la trappe de boite. Les carters sont usinés CNC en aluminium et ont une finition chromée. Les kits sont complets avec un bras de kick renforcé, ressort de rappel chromé, pédale de kick en caoutchouc ''old school'', visserie chromée, joint, mécanisme de débrayage et la jauge chromée. Disponible pour la plupart des boites 5 vitesses Twin Cam et Big Twin, ainsi que pour nos boites 6 TPD et Eco-Line 6 vitesses. Convient aussi pour beaucoup d'autres boites 6 vitesses.

Note 1: Le bras de kick peut interférer avec l'échappement arrière et/ou les marche-pieds sur certains modèles mais il existe des bras de kick déportés.

Note 2: L'installation sur 1980 à 1986 Big Twin requiert l'utilisation d'un câble d'embrayage du type 1987 à 2006.

These newly designed kick starter kits feature a beefy starter shaft and come pre-assembled. They are easy to install as they just replace the clutch control cover and bolt straight onto the stock transmission trap door. Starter housings are CNC machined billet aluminum and have a chrome finish. Kits come complete with a heavy duty kick starter arm, chrome return spring, old style rubber kicker pedal, chrome hardware, gasket, clutch release mechanism and chrome dipstick. Available for most 5 speed Big Twin and Twin Cam, as well as for our TPD and Eco-Line 6-speed transmissions. Also fits many other aftermarket 6-speed transmissions.

Note 1: Kick starter arm may interfere with the rear exhaust header and/or floorboards on some models, but offset kick starter arms are available.

Note 2: Installation on 1980 thru 1986 Big Twin requires the use of an 1987 thru 2006 style clutch cable
