The backbone is made from 1 1/2" O.D. Drawn Over Mandrel (DOM) steel with .188" wall thickness for superior strength
The front down tubes and engine/transmission cradle tubes are made from 1 1/8" O.D. steel with .120" wall thickness
Fork lock tab at neck for security
Box section at the lower seat post mount for improved strength

Note: As with any frame-up custom build project, it is common shop practice to pre-assemble the entire motorcycle prior to any paint work for compatibility verification of all parts used.
Note: These frames are designed for a Big Twin Evolution engine with up to .200" taller cylinders or an alternator type Shovelhead. A Twin Cam Alpha (non-balancer) can be used with a custom rear engine mount.
