Sur commande uniquement, Zodiac utilise un carter de boite Jims 5 en 4 et les assemblons avec au choix des pignons Andrews, Jims ou Zodiac et les expédions avec un bidon d'huile de boite Spectro. La première a un rapport de 3,24:1, la deuxième 2,21:1, la troisième 1,60:1, la quatrième 1,23:1 et la cinquième 1,00:1.

Le carter 5 en 4 vitesses est conçu pour les cadres de style Big Twin à 4 vitesses avec une boite style Shovelhead 1970-1984 et une transmission finale par chaîne.

Le carter de boite est uniquement compatible avec une transmission finale par chaîne, pas avec courroie primaire H-D d'usine telle qu'utilisée sur FXSB Sturgis 1980-1983. Ne convient pas non plus aux Softail.

On order, we use a Jims 5 in 4 box housing and assemble them with your choice of Andrews, Jims or Zodiac sprockets and ship them with a Spectro box oil can. The first has a ratio of 3.24:1, the second 2.21:1, the third 1.60:1, the fourth 1.23:1 and the fifth 1.00:1. The 5-in-4-speed crankcase is designed for Big Twin 4-speed style frames with a 1970-1984 Shovelhead-style gearbox and a final chain drive. The gearbox housing is only compatible with a final transmission per chain, not with a factory H-D primary belt as used on FXSB Sturgis 1980-1983. Also not suitable for Softail.
